The Student Council is elected every year by the students. Each tutor class has a representative to the student council. The council is managed by Ms. O Hanlon. However, the student council has its own, Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. The student council works to help improve the school for students by lobbying the principal for equipment and facilities or by holding events like the first year quiz and foot ball and rugby ball rentals for lunch time games. At present (Sept 2011) elections are being held to elect representatives from each class to the Council. Details of the outcome of the elections will be posted here shortly.
