The CBC Music Department endeavors to develop in each student of the school, an interest and appreciation of music through the implementation of curriculum and extracurricular activities.
The department encourages active and enjoyable participation in a wide range of musical activities which include Lunch-time concerts, Masses, Traditional Irish music group, classroom performances, and our ever growing annual Halloween Monster Mash Show.
Music can be studied as a subject for both Junior Cycle and Senior Cycle Exams in CBC Monkstown.
All TY students will also engage in an 8 week Music Module.
